Phase 1: Discovery & Homesite Review
We begin by learning about your vision, lifestyle, land, budget goals, timeline, and expectations. If you already own property, we discuss the homesite and important considerations that may affect design, planning, and construction.
Phase 2: Design & Planning
We help bring the vision into focus through design collaboration, architectural planning, selections, specifications, and early cost conversations. This phase is where ideas become a clear direction.
Phase 3: Pricing & Agreement
Before construction begins, we work through scope, plans, specifications, allowances, and pricing so expectations are clearly understood. The goal is confidence before moving forward.
Phase 4: Construction & Communication
Once construction begins, our team manages the schedule, trade partners, quality control, communication, and jobsite progress. We keep you informed throughout the build.
Phase 5: Orientation, Move-In & Warranty
As the home nears completion, we walk through the details, prepare for move-in, and continue supporting you through our warranty process after closing.
